Hispanic & Latine Heritage Month Dinner, Docs, and Dialogue

Hispanic & Latine Heritage Month Dinner, Docs, and Dialogue

Join PVCC DEI as we celebrate Hispanic and Latine Heritage Month with a screening of Dolores. Directed by Peter Bratt, this film is a portrait of activist icon Dolores Huerta, who tirelessly led the fight for racial and labor justice.

This screening and discussion aims to highlight the intimate and inspiring portrait of a passionate champion of the oppressed and an indomitable woman willing to accept the personal sacrifices involved in committing one’s life to social change.

Children’s activities will be provided in the library’s “Little's Area” during the event. Free dinner will be served (first come, first served - Street tacos, chips/salsa, and drinks).

This event is free, and open to all MCCCD students and employees as well as the local community.
